Carrington Living LLC was founded to provide safe, stable, independent housing for adults navigating important life transitions. We believe that consistent housing is the foundation for stability, independence, and long-term success.
Our homes offer shared residential living environments for individuals who are able to live independently and value clear expectations, accountability, and respect for others. Carrington Living focuses solely on housing and does not provide medical care, mental health services, case management, or supportive programming.
We work collaboratively with community partners and referral agencies to offer reliable housing options, currently prioritizing veterans in Northern Virginia. As Carrington Living grows, our mission is to expand access to stable housing for additional populations seeking independence and a fresh start.
Our goal is simple: to provide well-maintained, consistent housing environments where residents can focus on moving forward with stability and dignity.

Eligibility & Screening
Prospective resident must:
Have reliable source of income or financial support
Complete intake form and basic screening
Agree to house rules and occupancy terms
Placement decisions are based on readiness, compatibility, and availability.
Rent & Availability
Rent varies depending on the home, room configuration, and what is included. Pricing is discussed during the screening process to ensure affordability and sustainability.
Availability is limited and subject to change.
Referrals & Waitlist
We accept referrals from agencies, case managers, and community partners, as well as direct inquiries from individuals seeking housing.
